This weekend I decided to surprise my family and fly home (more on that to come). It was really cool to see DC from the air....and it provided a nice visualization of why I get lost so easily when driving. This is a small section of the freeway and let me tell you, going with the flow of traffic does NOT leave any time to decide which crazy ramp to take, which explains how I ended up crossing from DC into Virginia twice in one crazy attempt to get home - just when I thought I picked the correct ramp, there I was once again driving across the bridge!
